Carole Ann Acre

Carole Ann Acre, 80, of New Kensington, died Sunday, May 13, 2018 in Belair Health and Rehab Center in Lower Burrell. She was born December 22, 1937 in Natrona Heights, daughter of the late William and Anna (Davidson) Acre, Sr.  Carole was a member of Grace Community Presbyterian Church in Lower Burrell. Carole was a retired office clerk for LTV Steel and Giant Eagle. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards and traveling. Survivors include her sister, Judy (Paul) Sulitz of New Kensington, and brother, William (Carmella) Acre Jr. of Lower Burrell; nephews, Kevin Sulitz of Los Osos, CA; Jeffrey Acre of Allison Park; niece Melissa (Ray) Hilko of Sarver; and great nephew, Jesse Hilko. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the FRANK F.  GIGLER FUNERAL HOME, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Grace Community Presbyterian Church in Lower Burrell. Rev. Ken Foust will officiate. Everyone please meet at the church. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell.
