Jerie L. Orosz, 86, of New Kensington, died Friday, March 2, 2018 in Amber Woods in Cheswick. She was born in Lower Burrell, daughter of the late Fred and Emma (Joris) Wilson. Jerie loved to travel and spend time with her family. She was a retired secretary at Penn State New Kensington. She was the beloved wife of William J. Orosz; dear mother of Mary Ann Orosz of Austin, TX; William J. (Lisa) Orosz of Harrisburg; Cathleen (Jay) Henry of Providence, RI; loving grandmother of Rachel (Jeff) Paten; Alex Henry; Sam Henry; and Bill Orosz; sister of Beverly Davis of Las Vegas. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jennifer Orosz. Family and friends will be received from 2 until time of service at 4 p.m. Monday in the FRANK F. GIGLER FUNERAL HOME, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA 15068. Rev. Ken Foust of Grace Community Presbyterian Church will officiate. Private burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell.
