Joseph W. Waterloo, 69, of Natrona, died after a long battle with cancer, Monday, January 29, 2018, in Allegheny Valley Hospital. He was born August 31, 1948 in New Kensington, son of Lucille (Plows) Bash and the late Arthur R. “Bob” Waterloo. Joe served in the United States Navy for four years. He also worked for Western Penitentiary – CSI Pittsburgh for 25 years. His activities included playing with his grandchildren, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and riding his Harley. Joe is survived by his wife, Linda (Devine) Waterloo; his mother, Lucille Bash; his children, Sean Waterloo (Jaclyn); Jason Waterloo (Marcie); his grandchildren, Jaiden, Joseph, Kaleb, Britton, Mariah and soon to be sixth grandchild; his brothers, Robert Waterloo; Patrick Waterloo (Denise); his sisters, Betty Lou Shanko (Henry); Amy Edwards (Doug), and several nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his father, “Bob” Waterloo and his stepfather, Paul Bash. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and from 6 until time of service at 8 p.m. Thursday in the FRANK F. GIGLER FUNERAL HOME, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA 15068. His brother, Rev. Robert Waterloo of Rivers of Life Outreach Ministry in Arnold will officiate. Burial is private
