Judith Ann Rogers, 72 of Markle passed away on Saturday December 29, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Ida (Krisleit) Waddell; and her loving husband Robert W. Rogers. Judy owned and operated Judy Waddell’s Beauty Shop in Lower Burrell. She enjoyed her family and friends. She is survived by her dear daughter Heather (Ronald) Richards, of Allegheny Township; and one sister Sandra (David) Kedzierski of Vermilion, Ohio.
