Anne M. (Hodak) Fazio

Anne M. Fazio, 94, of Lower Burrell, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Monday March 8, 2021.  She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Barbara Hodak.  Anne was also preceded in death by her husband Albert Fazio.  She was a founding member of St. Margaret Mary Church, in Lower Burrell.  She is survived by her two sons, Chris Fazio, of Lower Burrell and Craig (Pam) Fazio of Plum Boro., and beloved granddaughter Cara Fazio, of Plum Boro.  Visitation and burial will be private.  Arrangements entrusted to the Frank F.
