Obituary

Charles “Chuckie” Sanders, 54, of Lower Burrell passed away on Sunday November 21, 2021.  He was the son of the late Ronald and Eleanor (Menhart) Sanders.  Chuckie worked for 33 years as a bricklayer for ATI in Brackenridge.  He enjoyed cooking, sports, a good home cooked meal, and a beer after a hard day of work.  He especially enjoyed hanging out with his dogs Archie and Rusty.  He is survived by his daughter Chelsie (Jason Saunders) Sanders of Plum; granddaughters Brielle and Maya Saunders; sister Rhonda Palermo of Lower Burrell; nephew of Nancy Uzelac of Lower Burrell and Joe and Cathy Menhart of Lower Burrell; also numerous cousins.  Family and friends will be received on Saturday November 27 from 2-4 p.m. until time of closing prayers at 4 p.m. at the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc., Robert P. Karish, Supervisor, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell (724) 335-6500.  MASKS ARE REQUIRED.  Condolences are welcome at www.giglerfuneralhome.com.
