Collette M. (Varesco) Natik

Collette M. ((Varesco) Natik, 82, of Lower Burrell passed away on Saturday October 30, 2021.  She was born in Arnold to the late Frank and Theresa Varesco and resided in Lower Burrell.  She was employed by JC Penney in Lower Burrell and in the hot foods department at Giant Eagle in New Kensington.  Collette enjoyed shopping, going to lunch with her grandchildren and visiting Disney World.  She was the beloved wife for 58 years to the late Bill Natik.  Dear mother of Marie (Douglas) Olinger, of Lower Burrell and Sharon Slomka (Todd Slomka), grandmother of Hannah and Nicole Olinger; Seth and Tori Slomka; sister of Elaine (the late Philip) Camp, of Virginia; Kathy (John) Novakoski, of New Kensington, Robert (Eleanor) Varesco, of New Kensington; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Family and friends will be received on Tuesday November 2, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc., Robert P. Karish, Supervisor, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held in St. Margaret Mary Church at 12:30 p.m.  (Everyone please meet at the church).  A private internment will be held in Greenwood Memorial Park.  Memorial donations may be made to the Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, 533 Linden Avenue, New Kensington, PA. 15068.
