Deborah Lynn Kapalka

Deborah Lynn Kapalka, 63, of New Kensington, passed away on Wednesday June 9, 2021.  She was a daughter of the late Joseph E. and Viola (Graham) Kapalka.  Deborah graduated from Valley High School in 1975 and attended the Western School of Business with a degree in the Medical Field.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne R., Martin K., and William M. Kapalka.  She is survived by her brother Joseph Kapalka, of New Kensington and sister Virginia Lee Kapalka, of Arnold; also several nieces and nephews.  Services will be private for the family.  Donations may be made to Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, 730 Church Street, New Kensington, PA. 15068.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Frank F.
