John M. (III) Reid

John M. Reid III, 59, of New Kensington passed away on Sunday October 2, 2022.  He was born in Pittsburgh a son of the late John M. Reid, II and Sarah Crittenden. He was preceded in death by his father John M. Reid, II and his best friend Dave Etzrodt.  He was a “1981” graduate of Highlands High School.  John loved riding his Harley, all Pittsburgh sports, hunting, fishing, and tinkering in his “He” shed.  He is survived by his beloved wife Kristina Reid, of New Kensington and his children Julius (Rita) Reid of Lacey, Wa., Lachell (Bryan Knox) Reid of New Kensington, Leisha Bouch of Natrona Heights, Specialist Reid, James, US Army, Lawna Reid of Natrona Heights, Amari Peterson of New Kensington, Laina Reid, of New Kensington and Javon Reid of New Kensington; 9 grandchildren; brother Eric (Edith) Reid, of Pittsburgh.  Family and friends will be received on Monday, October 10, 2022, from 4 pm until the time of the service at 6:30 pm at the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc., Robert P. Karish, Supervisor, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA 15068.
