Obituary
Joseph Ronald Quarles, 81, of Penn Hills passed away on Monday August 1, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Ernest and Beulah Quarles. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Dorothy Imogene Shanta, Ernest, Ottis, Michael and Robert Quarles. Joseph is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Deborah Quarles; father of Joseph Ronald Quarles Jr; Preston Quarles, Patricia Sluka, Travis (Tammi) Quarles and Desiree (Anthony) Palombo; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; brother of Dolores Harris, Marvin (Janet) Quarles, and Donna Yeager DiDonato. Burial with Military honors will take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Arrangements are entrusted to the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Lower Burrell (724) 335-6500.
