Judy Ann Charlesworth, 66, of Lower Burrell passed away on Thursday May 5, 2022. She was born in Watertown, New York, a daughter of the late Vernon and Betty (Gray) Richards. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kayla Lynn Smith and foster parents Herb and Myrtle Matthews. Judy retired after 20 years as a Secretary for the City of Lower Burrell. She was a member of the VFW#92 and American Legion #868 of Lower Burrell. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Ann Cratsenberg, of Natrona Heights; and her grandchildren, Allan Cratsenberg of D.C.; Destiny, Dominique and Tevin Cratsenberg, all of Natrona Heights; brothers Mitchell (Billie Kay) Hartson of VA., and Merryll Hartson of MD; sisters Linda Jessman of NY and Patty Weaver of NY.
