Lila E. (Evans) Cornell

Lila (Evans) Cornell, 97, of Cranberry Twp, passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 17, 2021 at Sherwood Oaks Nursing Home.  She was a daughter of the late Morris L. and Golda C. (Loy) Evans born in Ohio,  She was preceded by her husband Elliott Evans who passed in1990.  She is survived by her son David Cornell, of Colorado, daughter Laurel Cornell, of Indiana and son Dean Cornell, of California.  Grandson Morris Cornell-Morgan, of Japan. Step mother of Holly Rassnick, of Pittsburgh and Kent Baker, of Philadelphia.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc., Robert P. Karish, Supervisor, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA  15068. A private internment will take place in Homewood Cemetery with the family.
