Patricia L. (ZAK) Radakovich

Patricia “Patty” (ZAK) Radakovich, age 67 of Butler, formerly of Greenfield with her children by her side passed away on Wednesday August 23, 2023, after fighting a difficult illness.  Daughter of the late Leon F. and Phyllis “Patty” (McCarthy) Zak.  Patty was a 1975 Taylor Allderdice High School graduate and licensed LPN who spent years caring for patients in several nursing homes, most recently the former Charles Morris nursing home in Squirrel Hill.  Patty loved taking care of people and took pride in her work.  Patty is survived by her children Courtney (Nicholas) Yanov of Upper St. Clair and Brandon Leon Zak of Butler; grandchildren Ivan Yanov, Ingrid Yanov and Anton Yanov, Gabriella “Gabby” Zak and Kaylee Zak; sisters Tanya Bodak of Ohio, Sharon Zak of Shaler, Donna (Robert) Karish of Forest Hills and Tracey (Mick) Harvey of Greenfield; as well as several nieces and nephews.  Visitation limited to family only at the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc., Robert P. Karish, Supervisor, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA  15068.
