Peter "Butch" Gaurich

Peter “Butch” Gaurich, 63, of Lower Burrell passed away peacefully on Saturday July 29, 2023, with his loving family by his side.  Son of Edward and the late Ruth Gaurich.  He owned his own business for over 25 years.  Butch was a “1977” graduate of Burrell High School.  He enjoyed fishing and traveling to Key West.  It was spending time with his grandchildren that he loved the most.  He was the beloved husband of 28 years to Donna (Kirkland) Gaurich; father of Justin (Colleen) Betts, Candace Alaniz, David Betts, Andrew Betts, Lisa (Greg) Jalvia and Justin (Kayla) Gaurich; also his 10 Grandchildren; Brother of Debbie (Bill) Vingin and Kathy (Steve) Skillen; survived by several nieces and nephews.  Family and friends will be received on Tuesday 5-7 PM at the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Robert P. Karish, Supervisor, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, Pa. (724-335-6500). Burial will be private.
