Richard Frank Dutch, 72, of Arnold, passed away on Thursday March 25, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Ann Dutch, his son Philip Alan Dutch and his brother David Dutch.  Richard is survived by his beloved Rose Ireland, of Arnold; dear father of Melissa Smith, of New York, Charles (Dana) Dutch, of Vandergrift, stepfather to Paula (Bill) Cunningham, of New Kensington, Karen (Chris) Johnston, of New Kensington, and Robert (Trish) Johnston, of Penn Hills; devoted grandfather of Melody Smith, Seth Smith, Eva Dutch and Gareth Dutch.  Per his wishes funeral services will be private.  Arrangements entrusted to the Frank F.
