Robert "Mutsie" Montemurro

Robert E. “MUTSIE” Montemurro, 63 of Lower Burrell unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday September 6, 2023.  He was born in New Kensington to the late Emilio and Josephine Montemurro.  He graduated from Burrell High School.  Robert retired from the Packaging Corporation of America in Cheswick.  He was a former Constable of Westmoreland County and a member of the Auxiliary Police in Lower Burrell.  He is survived by his sister, Cathy Montemurro Serene of Lower Burrell and his brother Raymond Montemurro of Lower Burrell; uncle of Anthony Serene, Maria Adamaszek and Raymond Montemurro, Jr.  At his request his funeral will be private.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc., Lower Burrell (724) 335-6500.
