Shirley (McCain) Probel

Shirley (McCain) Probel, 92, of Saver passed away peacefully in Jupiter Florida on Tuesday the 19th of September 2023.  She was the daughter of the late James and Florence (Gilmore) McCain.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Lawrence E. Probel, her sons Larry D. Probel and Eric S. Probel.  She was an avid volunteer for many local charities in the local area.  Shirley is survived by her son Curtis A. Probel of Bognor Regis, England, a daughter in-law- Nancy Probel of Florida; three grandsons Robert, Kevin and Jason; four great-grandchildren, Rachel, Tanner and Riley and Finnegan; one great-great grandson Sawyer.  Family and friends will be received on SUNDAY September 24 from 1-4 pm at the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc., Robert P. Karish, Supervisor, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, (724) 335-6500 where a service will be held at 10 am on Monday with Pastor Doug Marshall officiating.  Entombment will follow in Mt.
